TUI has around 17 million seats on sale for the season across 84,000 flights, 4.6 per cent more than in 2026. It has added 25 new routes from the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, worth about 640,000 extra seats. The Belgian expansion covers Lanzarote and Gran Canaria, while Tenerife South picks up more capacity from Germany.
TUI is also bringing its airline planning under a single commercial framework across its markets, which should make it easier to move aircraft and seats to where demand is strongest.
If you are planning a trip for summer 2027, check which airports your route actually flies from and compare a few dates before booking. More seats do not always mean cheaper fares, particularly in school holidays. Once you have landed at César Manrique Airport, most of the main resorts, including Puerto del Carmen, are less than half an hour away.
