Since Lanzarote is a small island, no matter where you stay, the nearest beach from your hotel or villa is not very far.
Many of the big budget hotels also have access to their own personal beach with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Almost all of the tourist accommodation on the island have Satellite TV, mini bars etc. and any other facility for an extra cost. For leisure there are swimming pools or a gym, or a sauna, if one wants to relax, when not on the beach.
Families with children also have lots of options with separate swimming pools for children. Some hotels and resorts also have kid’s games and play area. As for the food, many hotels offer Bed and Breakfast with European (British) and American Cuisines. Most in house restaurants specialise in Mediterranean cuisine, especially local Canarian delicacies for lunch and dinner.
Many hotels also provide airport pickups and drops. Some hotels also book taxis, tours and events.
Overall, hotels in Lanzarote are very tourist centered and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
