The Fiestas of San Ginés is a popular event in Lanzarote celebrated in Arrecife from 12th August 2016 till 25th August 2016 and one of the best things to do in Lanzarote to enjoy the culture and history of Lanzarote. San Ginés is the patron saint of the city and every year there are lots of celebrations and Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa do a special night with a special menu for the Altamar Restaurant and a buffet-barbecue at the Pool & Bar with concert by Toñín Corujo Quartet and the night ends with the fireworks on the beach of El Reducto.

- Juice of La Santa prawn ceviche with corn and courgette cubes in honey and bacon syrup Iberian pork shoulder carpaccio, 3 citrus fruit vinaigrette and creamy herb mustard ice cream with goats’ cheese foam

- Stone bass with green pea curry and potatoes Parmentier with king prawn

- Black suckling pig, wok sautéed at a low temperature with pak choi, baby carrots, and green mojo tempura

- Cinnamon ice cream on muscatel biscuit

- Chocolate and biscuits grandmother's cake
