The Lanzarote Golf Tour 2015 - Trophy Be Live Grand Teguise Playa is now in it's fifth edition, organized by Roura Golf in collaboration with Lanzarote Tourism Board, Hotel Be Live Grand Teguise Playa, Be Live Hotels, Lanzarote Golf Costa Teguise Golf, Cars Guayre, Kyocera Ping, Quintin Sanchez Guijuelo and Golfspain. The Golf tour begins next Thursday, August 6th 2015 in Club de Campo Villa de Madrid in Madrid. This event has been a great event for amateur golfers.
The Lanzarote Golf Tour will be hosted in one of the most renowned courses on the international scene, at the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, Madrid with 18 hole course, the venue has already hosted major tournaments on the European Tour. It was listed among the top 15 golf courses in Europe by the American magazine Golf Digest.
Lanzarote boasts of spectacular white sand beaches and clear waters coexisting with volcanoes and lava and greens of the two vast golf courses of Costa Teguise Golf and Lanzarote Golf where the finals will take place in December. The Costa Teguise Golf runs alongside an old volcanic mountain and the Atlantic ocean and the Lanzarote Golf is situated between the towns of Puerto Del Carmen and Tias.
The winners of the tournament will be hosted at the Hotel Be Live, Grand Teguise Playa, at the foot of the Playa Las Cucharas. The Hotel is in an ideal location, overlooking the sandy beach of El Jablillo where one can also enjoy some water sports apart from Golfing. According to Adolfo de la Rua, director of Be Live Grand Teguise Playa, the Hotel is investing a lot of money and time into making Lanzarote an ideal Golf destination in Europe unique for it's unusual landscapes.
