The XXVII Contest of the Murgas 2015 held at the fairgrounds in Arrecife from 21:00h had seen huge crowds.

Excursions Lanzarote

The First stage of the competition had seen Murgas - Ladys Golosinas, Las Vacilonas, Los TitiRoys and Afilarmónica los Tabletuos opening this year's competition. The fairgrounds were filled with families and street music lovers who came ready to cheer with all their strength and share the warmth and joy of the Carnival.

The second stage of the competition saw Murgas - Los Simplones, Los Desperdigaos, Las Rebuscadas and Los Ensalitrados perform.

In the third and final stage of the competition, performances by Murgas - Las Inadaptadas, Las Pijoletas, Las Intoxicadas and Los Desahuciados was seen.

There were lots of families and fans who did not stop to cheer and enjoy the competition where costumed participants entertained everyone with some hot topics like the Carnival poster of Arrecife.

There were also two panels to judge the murgas in two categories:

1. Letter, Music and Interpretation

2. Design, Fantasy and Presentation for which one of the judges was Sabine La Fotografa Pelirroja.

The Competition results will be out on Friday, 13th February 2015. All the best to the Participants.
