What do I need to travel to Lanzarote?

What forms do I need to travel to Lanzarote?
You will need to complete an SPTH form which is the Spanish equivalent to the locator form this can be found here https://www.spth.gob.es/ everyone must have one and there is an option for family and individual.
What tests are needed to go to Lanzarote?
To arrive in Lanzarote you will need one of the following for anyone over 10
1. A certificate to show you are fully vaccinated
2. A negative test (antigen test is accepted)
3. A certificate of recovery from COVID 19
Any of the above is required both at the airport and at some accommodations.
What do I need going back to Ireland from Lanzarote?
If you are from Ireland and coming to Lanzarote it is relatively simple. You will need to fill out the locator form for ALL people regardless of vaccination. https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/ab900-covid-19-passenger-locator-form/
What tests do I need from Lanzarote to Ireland?
If you are fully vaccinated then you do not need any tests to travel back to Ireland from Lanzarote.
If you are not fully vaccinated then you need a PCR test showing a negative result within 72 hours of landing in Ireland. These can be booked at the clinics we recommend above.
What do I need going back to the UK from Lanzarote?
Getting back to the UK is different depending on if you are vaccinated or not. You will need to fill out the locator form regardless of your situation. https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
Before filling the form out you will need to book a day 2 test and get a code for the form if vaccinated, or a day 2 and a day 8 test booked with a code for the form. We recommend using the cheapest company you can find that provides the code for your form, if they do not send the tests you are within your rights to get a refund.
If you are vaccinated to get from Lanzarote to the UK
If you have a fully vaccinated certificate then you will need the following
1. Locator form filled out with day 2 test booked and code on the form.

If you are NOT vaccinated to get from Lanzarote to the UK
If you have not yet had your vaccine then you will need the following
