Lanzarote is sure attracting lots of popular figures from politics, first the British Prime Minister David Cameron has been spending Easter holidays with his family and now the Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel is holidaying on the island with the end of holy week. It is believed, that Bettel arrived on 27th March, Sunday and staying in a hotel in Puerto Calero, in the municipality of Yaiza, southeast of the island.
The President of Ryanair, Michael O'Leary is also believed to have flown down on a Ryanair flight to Lanzarote from Dublin for holidays.
The British Prime Minister and his family who had arrived in Lanzarote last week on an Easyjet flight, are certainly enjoying their time in Lanzarote with a very good weather prevailing this week. The family were seen strolling down the Playa Blanca promenade, mingling with the crowds keeping a safe distance from their private escort. There have been many tourists taking to twitter to share pictures of the PM and wife Samantha, especially at restaurants in Playa Blanca near the Playa Blanca Market.
