David Cameron chose to stay for a week long holiday as recommended by their family friend, at an Indonesian themed villa named Casa Sari Wangi with on-site yoga facilities, a swimming pool, a hot tub, a chill out area with hammocks in a 200 pound a night spa resort named Casa Tomaren outside of San Bartolome, close to Teguise. Casa Sari Wangi is an en-suite two-bedroom villa: one has a double-bed, the other has two single beds. An extra bed was added for the family. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.The villa has a private terrace and garden with BBQ. The family moved around the city with ease with very little security arrangements, showing how safe the Island is.
Lanzarote is a popular destination for tourists from Britain. Samantha Cameron had a Japanese shiatsu massage one morning and David Cameron went jogging in the mornings. One evening they asked the resort’s management to organize a babysitter for their children which of course they were happy to take care of. The family also celebrated Samantha’s 43rd birthday on April 18th. The family also enjoyed dining at local restaurants.
