Christmas In The Paradise Is Different Christmas In The Paradise Is Different

What's different in Lanzarote during Christmas?

And if you have been too bogged down by excess of Christmas stuff back home and want to escape all of that, then Lanzarote is the place. There are many attractions which don't shout out loud "It's Christmas".

Locals in Lanzarote celebrate Christmas by going to the Christmas Eve mass on 24th December. They fervently celebrate the arrival of the 3 kings on 5th January by going on camel backs around the island, and 6th January as the Spanish Christmas day. So that is different, isn't it?

We know you love to spend your say on the beach, why not make a beach man!!! (like a snow man)....just be creative and enjoy a memorable holiday.

How's the weather like during Christmas?

The best part of holidaying during Christmas and New Year is the weather, as soon as that warm sun glows on your face and you happen to see the clear blue skies, you know you are in paradise, with the average temperature between 19 °C - 21 °C during the day, so shorts and t-shirts are fine, but for the evenings good to carry a light jacket for a little cool night. For the latest weather and weather forecast of 15 days, why not check out our Weather Page.

Christmas Programs

There are lots of Christmas Programs everywhere, almost all the municipalities are gearing up for the holiday season, we have Yaiza's Christmas and New Year Schedule for you...just enjoy the Christmassy atmosphere...especially if you crave for that warmth of Christmas.

Christmas Lunches and Dinners

There are various British and Irish restaurants doing Christmas lunches and dinners like Costa Sal X-mas day or the fine dining experience at Restaurant Altamar in Arrecife and two must places worth spending your Christmas at Music Hall Tavern and New Year's at Music Hall Tavern andRancho Texas, equally enjoyable with humor and dance for the whole family.

We will keep you updated about more Christmas events in the coming days and weeks. Stay Tuned!!!!
