Lanzarote Halloween Events Cancelled for National Mourning
Most of Lanzarote's Halloween and Noche de Finaos events will not go ahead this weekend. Spain is observing three days of official mourning, from Thursday 29 to Saturday 31 October, following the rail crash near Urda in the province of Toledo on Wednesday morning, in which at least 68 tragically lost their lives.

Electric Tuk-Tuks Arrive in Arrecife
A small fleet of electric tuk-tuks has arrived in Arrecife, offering guided tours of the island's capital. The six vehicles belong to Toke Tuk Canarias, a company that already runs tuk-tuk tours in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and they were first seen on the city's streets with their drivers on Monday 26 October.
