ENAIRE Predicts A boom For Tourism In Spain

In recently released numbers by ENAIRE last week, tourism will be on a boom in 2016 in Lanzarote and rest of Spain.

ENAIRE, formerly known as AENA, is the Spanish Airports Authority. The organization has predicted a growth of 6.2% in airport traffic in between 2017 - 2021. Which means we could see an increase in tourism by 13 million more tourists in the country in 2016.

Spain is growing popular with tourists not only because of the oil becoming cheaper and encouraging airline to have multiple flights to popular destinations, but also because it is safer than other sunny and competing destinations like, France, Tunisia and Egypt.

Lanzarote too is predicted to have more tourists in 2016, especially with it being part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and also easy to hop on to the other beautiful islands of Fuerteventura with its Sand Dunes and La Graciosa worth discovering in just one holiday.
