Museo Agrícola el Patio is a living and working museum housed in an old rural home since 1840.
One can see the rural life museum as a perfect example of a Canarian farmer's house in the 1940's, a courtyard with a water filter, kitchen, bedroom and living room. It literally takes one back into that era.
Visitors can witness breeding of farm animals and see how traditional crops are cultivated and harvested. One can also have hands-on experiences at the museum including wine tasting and sample the best goat cheese, a local farm produce. A small cactus garden, a small hermitage typical to the area and a wine museum are the other attractions visitors find interesting.
