Playa Blanca means "White Beach", and so are it's beaches.
Playa Blanca is a little more sophisticated place, with a Yacht Marina and lots of cafes. This is where you can also take a ferry to Fuerteventura.
Playa Blanca meaning "White Sand" beach is a small but beautiful beach with calm waters. This beach is 100mtrs long and 8mtrs wide and it's named after the old fishing village located near the beach.
It has ideal weather conditions for a swim and snorkelling. The promenade along the beach is lined up with bars, shops and restaurants. One can utilize the showers there and also rent hammocks and sunshades.
