Hungry for Chinese????? Golden City is a very popular choice amongst the residents of Lanzarote located in Avenida del Jablillo, Costa Teguise. The restaurant is next to a playground and it takes just 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

Their chinese food menu has a popular buffet menu for just €4.50, you won´t believe the good range of dishes on offer. The starter menu is pretty and includes sushi, crispy duck and pancakes, wanton, ribs, fried seaweed and soup. The main course normally has at least 8 dishes, which includes the chicken satay – the sauce is amazing, sweet and sour pork / chicken, beef in black bean sauce, lemon chicken, a good selection of rice, noodles and vegetables. They even have a full dessert buffet with unlimited ice cream, cakes, fruit to finish your meal in style.

If you fancy something a little more special then go for the full Wok buffet and choose your raw ingredient and see it cooked by their professional Wok chefs. With everything from fresh fish, meat and vegetables to choose from, delicious sushi and everything you need to compliment your meal. If you want a bit of fun, they ask for the frosted naughty shot glasses with a choice of liqueur at the end of your meal. 

Drinks are not over priced as they sometimes are in places like this and the service is excellent. Sunday afternoons are busy with locals trickling in, so if you want to avoid a noisy meal, go for a dinner or visit the restaurant on a different day!!!! One thing is for sure you won´t leave this place hungry. One visit won´t be enough during your holiday here. If you want to savour the food at Golden city, then skip a meal, that is the ony way you could do justice and enjoy their buffet menus!!!!!
